2. Score them. A simple two-part method: how much impact would this have, and how hard would it actually be to build. That's the difference between a quick win and a resource sink. 
3. Prioritize them. Once you've scored your ideas, how to decide what to build first, what to save for later, and what to skip entirely. 

Then we put it into practice — on your ideas, live.
